- 1. Underwater Navigation (The Professional Edge): As shown in our recent training sessions, we go beyond basic compass work. You will learn to use natural landmarks and precise kick-cycles to always know exactly where you are.
- 2. Deep Diving (Expanding Your Horizon): We safely take you to 30 meters, teaching you how to manage your air consumption and recognize the effects of pressure and nitrogen narcosis.
- 3. Peak Performance Buoyancy:
